The MAHLE Active Charger includes CAN BUS for real time communication with the battery. This direct communication combined with a more powerful converter allows the battery to be charged at different intensities from 0 to 4.5A making the charging process faster and better. Mahle X35+ Plus Battery provides 245 Watt Hours and delivers 36 volts of energy to the X35 ebike hub motor. The battery allows for vertical or horizontal mounting orientation depending on the manufacturers frame specificaions. - Dealers must have EP1536 to program and update new batteries, dealers will also require “Smartbike Lab” access. The Mahle X35 SP1 Range extender battery provides 36V/208Wh of additional power bringing the total capacity to 450W for the X35 drive system. The Range extender includes a holder that mounts to the water bottle bosses on the frame.
