Shipping & Returns


We offer a 30-day return period on everything you order directly from

  • Returned items must be in the same condition you received them, meaning they are in original packaging, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Product returned to 45NRTH that has been used, is not in original packaging, or cannot be resold may result in a 50% service fee or no refund.
  • Please be sure to ship all boxed 45NRTH boots and shoes inside of an additional shipping box or envelope. Product returned with a shipping label attached directly to the 45NRTH packaging may result in a re-stock fee.
  • Product returned to 45NRTH without a return authorization (RA) number may result in a delayed refund or no refund.
  • If you purchased your 45NRTH product from another website or from your local bike shop, please work with that business to process your return.
  • We cannot issue a refund for a 45NRTH product that was not purchased from 45NRTH.

If you purchased a product directly from, please follow these steps to initiate your return:

  • Email with your original proof of purchase/order confirmation to initiate return. Your original order number is important!
  • A 45NRTH customer service representative will reply within one (1) busines day with an RA number that you can use to send your product back.
  • Package the product and clearly write your RA number on the outside of the shipping box or envelope. A returned package without the RA number on the outside of the box may result in up to a two (2)-week delay in issuing of your refund or no refund at all.

Upon receipt of product, a refund will be issued within seven (7) business days to the credit/debit card used in the original transaction. Remember, any original shipping fees will not be included in your refund.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product to be defective and would like to submit a warranty claim, please follow these instructions:

  • Please collect the following:
    • Your original proof of purchase/order confirmation showing your order number and date of purchase.
    • A photo or video of the offending area/issue.
    • A photo of the hot patch on the tire (if applicable) showing make and model information.
  • Please send those items via email to One of our customer service representatives will get back to you within one (1) business day to discuss your claim and any possible resolution.

Order Cancellation

If after submission you would like to cancel your order, please email A customer service representative will assess order status and contact you with status and expectations.

We work to process orders as quickly as we can, so if your order has been processed and is in transit, we will work with you to initiate a return on your order.

Order Processing

Upon order submission, all orders will be processed within one (1) business day.

We do not process orders during weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on United States national holidays.

Orders submitted after 4:00 p.m. CST will be processed the following business day.


All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise noted upon checkout.

45NRTH orders ship to the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or to any other countries at this time.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
